1. Services Provided
Tamela Strandz LLC provides website development, automation systems, marketing setup, and related digital services.
Scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or invoices.
2. Payments
All payments are due as stated on invoice.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to complete required onboarding materials does not qualify for refund.
3. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes
By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks.
In the event of a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback:
We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
Legal action may be pursued
You agree to reimburse all related fees, collection costs, and legal expenses
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Respond to communication in a timely manner
Supply required materials (logos, copy, credentials, etc.)
Project delays caused by lack of client response do not qualify for refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables unless otherwise specified.
Tamela Strandz LLC reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tamela Strandz LLC is not liable for:
Lost profits
Business interruptions
Platform outages
Third-party service disruptions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for:
Non-payment
Abusive behavior
Misuse of services
Violation of agreed terms
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
